Ingredients:
6 cups watercress, washed and trimmed
6 green onions, cut into 2 inch lengths
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. .In a food processor, pulse watercress and green onion until coarsely chopped.
2. Add cream cheese and mayo and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper, pulse to blend.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
