Yummy veggie dip Ingredients:
2 green onions, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 cups mayonnaise |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Use a food processor, pulsing action. 2. Puree green onions, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 3. Experiment with a variety of herbs, such as basil and thyme. 4. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. |
