This came from B and Friendly . I have not tried this, just posting for future use. Ingredients:
10 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup |
1 lb frozen vegetables (a broccoli, cauliflower, carrot blend recommended) |
1/2 cup of reduce-fat cheddar cheese |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
dried basil |
Directions:
1. Mix together and bake till vegetables are tender. 2. Enjoy! |
