This one has an Asian flair. It's made with miso and tempeh. From Weight Watchers magazine. 4 points. Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli, cooked |
1/3 cup vegetable broth |
1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed |
1 tablespoon miso |
1/2 tablespoon tahini |
1/2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
1/4 cup tempeh, diced |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, puree broccoli, broth, spinach, miso, tahini, and vinegar until smooth. 2. Place in a saucepan, add tempeh, and heat until hot. |
