This is a great veg recipe. I generally use cauly and broccoli but I have also used carrots and brussel sprouts. It's adaptable to any veggie you may decide to use! Just don't overcook your veg before you put them in the casserole or you have a mushy mess! Read more !
Ingredients:
8 cups fresh vegetables, par-boiled
1 can any kind of creamed soup
1 small sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 package knorr vegetable soup mix
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix together the creamed soup, sour cream, mayo, cheddar cheese and Knorr soup mix. Mix in the veggies. Mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle on top of veggies. Bake, uncovered in a 350 F oven for 45 minutes.
