Great creamy, tomatoe-y salad dressing. Taken from the Lite Delight cookbook. (Cooking time is refrigeration time) Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese |
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1 cup v8 vegetable juice |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, blend (or mix) cream cheese until smooth. 2. Gradually stir in mayonnaise until well blended. 3. Stir in V8 juice, garlic and lemon juice. 4. Cover; refrigerate until serving, at least 2 hours. |
