CREAMY TWO CORN CASSEROLE I obtained this recipe from an estate sale when I purchased the family collection from the Ridings Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
16 ounce can whole kernel corn |
16 ounce can creamed corn |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 box corn muffin mix |
1/2 cup corn oil |
1 cup pepper jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and place in greased casserole dish. 2. Top with cheese and cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. |
