Ingredients:
1 whole(s) banana |
1 cup(s) frozen pineapple chunks |
1/2 cup(s) frozen raspberries |
8 ounce(s) mango juice |
3/4 cup(s) plain greek yogurt |
4 ounce(s) plain rice milk (or soy milk) |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender and blend on "ice crush" mode. Add more mango juice or rice milk if the blender will not easily mix all ingredients into the consistency of a shake. Pour and enjoy. If you have extra smoothie, it will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. |
