Creamy Tortellini Carbonara |

Creamy and quick--a new weeknight classic. Ingredients:
1 (454 g) package refrigerated cheese tortellini |
1/2 (250 g) tub philadelphia herb & garlic cream cheese spread |
1/2 cup milk |
1 (175 g) package ham, cut into strips |
2 cups frozen peas |
1/4 cup kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. 2. Meanwhile, cook cream cheese spread and milk in large skillet 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Add ham and peas; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. 3. Drain pasta. Add to sauce; mix lightly. Top with cheese. |
