A light & tasty salsa - popular with children.
Ingredients:
5 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
3 slices streaky bacon, grilled and chopped
3 tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve garnished with strips of red pepper.
