this is very easy to prepare. It may have been made before but I havent seen it anywhere else but in my kitchen. I hope you guys will like this one. Simple, quick and easy. Enjoy Ingredients:
1kg baby potatoes |
1 punnet mushrooms |
500ml fresh cream |
15g freshly chopped rosemary |
5mg garlic |
200g salted butter |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. boil potatoes in salted water 2. in a saucepan melt the butter and add the garlic 3. cook over low heat until fragrant (do not burn) 4. turn up the heat and add the mushrooms, taking care not to 5. brown the butter and garlic 6. once mushrooms are cooked add the potatoes and half the cream 7. allow to simmer over low heat for 20 minutes taking care not to burn 8. add the rest of the cream and rosemary and cook a further 15 minutes until sauce thickens 9. season 10. serve with any main meat of your choice |
