This is one of my favorites. It works well on any salad. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon, crumbled |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until blended, or combine in a blender until smooth. |
