Super simple salad or light dessert...totally last-minute (except for the chill time). Add a little extra special flavor by stirring in a small amount of vanilla to the sour cream before mixing with grapes. Ingredients:
1 lb. seedless red or green grapes |
1/2 cup dairy sour cream |
vanilla, optional |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix the grapes and sour cream (and small amount of vanilla, optional). Chill for at least one hour. 2. Spoon the grape mixture into dessert dishes and sprinkle with the brown sugar. |
