A simple yet delish recipe for great mushrooms. Fresh chopped herbs can also be used in the mayonnaise. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) boxes mushrooms |
1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Remove the stem from the mushrooms and wipe the caps with a damp towel. 2. Put the mayonnaise in a zipper bag and cut the tip of the bottom of the bag. 3. Pipe the mayonnaise into the mushroom caps. 4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until the mayonnaise starts to brown approx 10 -15 minutes. 5. Enjoy ! |
