This is very creamy and very tasty. I like to make it and have it on bagels in the morning. Enjoy Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature |
2 tablespoons strawberry preserves |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
one pint strawberries rinsed hulled and chopped |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl with spoon beat together cream cheese, preserves and lemon peel until fluffy.
2. Gently stir in strawberries then chill until ready to serve.
