Yummie Strawberry Shortcake made the easy way with ready made sponge cake shells. Quick and easy to make. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons philadelphia neufchatel cheese |
1 tablespoon strawberry preserves |
2 individual sponge cake shells |
3/4 cup sliced strawberries, about 8 medium |
2 tablespoons thawed cool whip lite whipped topping |
Directions:
1. COMBINE Neufchatel cheese and preserves; spoon evenly over cake shells.
2. Top with strawberries.
3. TOP with the whipped topping.
