This is EASY!!! I was in a soup mood today for lunch. Our neighbor brought over some yummy baked squash this morning, so i made this up. The measurements are approximately what I used lol. I might try molasses next time instead of brown sugar, I found this sweet with not enough flavor from the brown sugar Ingredients:
1 cup acorn squash puree |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. 2. Enjoy. |
