Ingredients:
1 shallot, minced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1 14-oz. container 2 percent greek yogurt |
zest and juice of 1 lemon |
2 tablespoons chopped dill |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with pita bread or crudités. |
