Delicious spinach and greek yogurt dip. Ingredients:
1 shallot,minced |
1 clove garlic,minced |
1 10oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed and squeezed |
1 14oz. container greek yogurt |
zest and juice of 1 lemon |
2 tb fresh ,chooped dill |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill for 30 mins. Serve with pita breads or crudites. |
