I haven't made this, but I've had this recipe many times. I got the recipe from the lady at work before I left on maternity leave. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for two hours. This will keep for two days. |
