                    This spinach casserole is similar to one served at a Boston restaurant chain. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup  |  
                                                1 tablespoon all-purpose flour  |  
                                                4 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon garlic salt  |  
                                                salt and pepper to taste  |  
                                                2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained  |  
                                                1 onion, finely diced  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a saucepan, combine celery soup, flour, butter or margarine, garlic salt, salt and pepper, spinach and onion. Whisk together and cook over medium heat until hot and thick.                              |
