These is really creamy and flavorful. Its served best with toasted pita chips Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
2 tablespoons red onions, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (low-fat if desired) |
1 tablespoon basil |
0.5 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together, put into a glass pyrex baking pan, keep in mind the thinner the layer the hotter it will get. 2. Put in oven for 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 3. serve with chips or pita wedges. |
