3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 clove peeled and minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Whisk together 3 tbsp. each sugar and white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp. each ground ginger and toasted sesame oil, and 1/4 tsp. cayenne. Whisk in 1 cup mayonnaise. |
