Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1 1/2 lb green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced (6 cups) |
1 carrot, shredded |
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper |
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
Directions:
1. Whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth, then whisk in vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Let stand, uncovered, at room temperature, tossing occasionally, until wilted, about 30 minutes. |
