This is a delicious fettuccine recipe with shrimp, that is so easy on the palate - Easyy to cook and very easy to eat!! Delicious!! Ingredients:
300 g fettuccine, uncooked (1/3 of 900g package) |
2 cups fresh asparagus, chopped |
125 g philadelphia cream cheese, cubed |
1 lemon, zest and juice |
1 lb shrimp, cleaned and cooked |
1/4 cup 100% parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding asparagus to boiling water for the last 3 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, heat nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Stir in cream cheese and juice until blended. Add shrimp; cook on low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Top with shrimp mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and zest. |
