Great dip with crackers or veggies. Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked small shrimp |
1 carton 8oz. sour cream |
4 tsp. horseradish or more to taste |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 tsp. salt |
2 tsp. dried dill weed |
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce |
1/4 tsp. black pepper |
choice of crackers or veggies in strips, or cut up in flowerettes. |
Directions:
1. Finely chop shrimp. In a medium bowl combine sour cream, horseradish, ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, dill, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Stir to combine, add shrimp and stir to mix thouroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 day. 2. Remove dip from refridgerator 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or veggies. |
