Ingredients:
1 cup(s) frozen corn |
3/4 can(s) heavy cream |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
pepper |
2 poblano peppers; chopped |
salt |
1 pound(s) shrimp; peeled, deveined |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook poblano peppers in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add the shrimp, corn, cream and cook until the shrimp are opaque, 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Serve with rice. |
