Creamy Scalloped Potatoes |

Each serving is 1/2 cup. This came from a Kraft leaflet. I have tried it just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups breakstone's sour cream or 1 1/2 cups knudsen sour cream |
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of potato soup |
2 cups cloves garlic, minced |
2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, very thinly sliced (about 8) |
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese. 3. Bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 4. Sprinkle with chives. |
