Though usually made from yellow corn, tortilla chips can also be made from blue or red corn. Using the variety of colors turns this simple dip into something a bit more festive. Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream |
1 cup salsa |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Stir with a rubber spatula until blended. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. |
