Recipe uses a large can of pink salmon and can be used as a dip with crackers or breadsticks or for a sandwich spread. Gluten-free suitable when served with gluten-free crackers Ingredients:
250 g light cream cheese, softened |
415 g pink salmon, drained and flaked |
1 small onions or 2 spring onions, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Open the can of salmon and remove all skin and bones. 2. Mix all ingredients together- you can just mix well or process lightly for a finer texture. 3. Serve with crackers or breadsticks. Can be used as a sandwich spread. |
