1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut |
12 ounces chopped deli corned beef |
3/4 cup thousand island dressing |
2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 2. spread sauerkraut in bottom of pan. 3. place corned beef over top. 4. spread dressing and cheese over. 5. bake for20 minutes. 6. serve with pumpernickel bread or rye crackers. |
