This is very quick to make Ingredients:
1/2 lb roquefort cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup light cream or 1/2 cup sour cream |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 dash pepper |
1 dash garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Crumble cheese.
2. add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. If a thinner dressing is desired, add additional cream or milk.
