This is quick and yummy-great for little gettogethers. Prep time includes refrigeration time. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
3 tablespoons milk |
1/2 cup chopped red roasted red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix cream and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. 2. Refrigerate. 3. Serve with crackers or assorted cut-up veggies. |
