Cream cheese and fresh roasted garlic are the secret ingredients in my creamy garlic sauce. Ingredients:
2 heads garlic, roasted and peeled |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, coarsely grated |
1 1/2 tablespoons romano cheese, coarsely grated |
1 tablespoon vidalia onion, minced |
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Add garlic, mayonnaise, grated cheese, onion and spices to food processor and blend until smooth. 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until well mixed and remove from heat. 3. Add processed mixture and stir until well blended. |
