Awesome rice pudding. I could eat it all myself! Ingredients:
3 cups water |
3/4 cups basmati white rice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup of butter or margarine |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place water, rice and salt in saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 40 minutes. 3. Then add in remaining ingredients except cinnamon and continue to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. 4. Serve hot, sprinkle with cinnamon. Very very simple! |
