Creamy Rice Pudding

Traditional rice pudding, very creamy and light.
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3 cups milk
1 can evaporated milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup raisins
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. Boil first three ingredients for 1/2 hours.
2. Add sugar, 3 cups milk, and 1 can of evaporated milk.
3. Boil for another 1/2 hour.
4. Remove from heat, add 3 beaten egg yolks, 1 cup of milk, and vanilla.
5. Stir until it boils.
6. Add nutmeg and raisins, cook for a few more minutes.
