extremely creamy mashed potaoes!
Ingredients:
6 nice size red skin potatoes
water
4 tblspn of butter
4-6oz of cream cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions:
1. wash and cut red skin potatoes into uniform pieces for even cooking.
2. place in pot of cold water and bring up to boil.
3. boil until fork ternder.
4. drain potatoes and place in bowl for mixing.
5. mix potatoes til mashed (with mixer).
6. add butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
7. mix together with mixer til creamed to your liking.
