These are really good. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, washed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes |
sauce |
8 oz package cream cheese, softened |
10 3 /4 oz can of cream of potato soup |
1 envelope dry rance dressing mix |
4 tbsp. milk |
Directions:
1. Beat sauce ingredients together. Stir in potatoes in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours. 2. To do these in the oven, pre-cook the potatoes for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain. Make sauce and add to potatoes. Spoon into a 9x13 inch glass pan. Bake at 350* until hot about 35-45 minutes. |
