I found this recipe at my husband's grandma's house and it is great for picnics or Sunday dinners. Ingredients:
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1 can cream of potato soup |
1 envelope buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix |
Directions:
1. 1. Place quartered potatoes in crock pot. 2. 2. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch mix. Stir in soup. 3. 3. Add to potatoes. 4. 4. Cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. |
