We had this on a mixed green salad its was wonderful, very easy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1/3 cup buttermilk, skim |
1 clove garlic, put through a press |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons chives, finely snipped |
salt, optional |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. 2. Process until smooth. |
