EASY QUICK RECIPE. ALL YOU PEOPLE NEEDING A QUICK DINNER THIS IS FOR YOU. NEVER KNOW YOU BARELY SPENT ANY TIME. Ingredients:
5-6 whole peeled and chopped potatoes |
1/2 chopped onion of your choice |
1 pkg bacon chopped to about 1 inch pieces |
milk(i use 1 percent but you can use whatever) |
about 1/2 cup butter. |
shredded carrots(optional) |
garlic seasoning |
celery seed |
about a cup of cheese |
Directions:
1. FRY UP YOUR BACON AND ONION 2. I LIKE TO DRAIN THE GREASE WHEN DONE 3. ADD TO CHOPPED POTATOES 4. ADD BUTTER 5. FILL MILK IN YOUR SOUP POT UNTILL COVERED AND BRING TO A BOIL 6. LET SIMMER ON LOW UNTIL POTATOES ARE DONE 7. SERVE IN A BOWL AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE 8. I ALWAYS NEED A DIPPER SO ANY BREAD OR BISCUITS ON THE SIDE FINISHES THIS MEAL OFF. |
