This pink and plump prawns cooked in a combination of creamy and chill sauce great to serve as appetizer or main dish for those who love HOT! Ingredients:
3 tbsp chilli sauce |
1 cup all-purpose cream |
1 tbsp. oyster sauce |
1 125g creamy yogurt (natural) |
2 tbsp. cooking oil |
2 tbsp. chopped garlic |
1 cup sliced onion |
1 kg. prawn, peeled and deveined |
salt and pepper to taste |
baguette or french bread slices |
parsley |
Directions:
1. > combined the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside. 2. > Heat oil and saut. garlic and onion until limp. Add prawns and cook until it changes color. 3. > Add prepared chili-cream mixture and cook while continously stirring for another 3 minutes. 4. > Season with salt and pepper. 5. > Serve on top of toasted baguette or French bread slices. Garlish with parsley on top. |
