These are easy to put together and make a delicious side dish. Ingredients:
1-32 ounce bag frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted |
1 pint sour cream |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1/2 cup finely diced onions |
salt and pepper to taste |
optional topping |
crushed corn flakes |
additional melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, butter, diced onions, salt and pepper. 3. Add hash brown potatoes and mix well. 4. Transfer to baking dish. 5. If desired, add a layer of crushed corn flakes on top and drizzle additional melted butter. 6. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes. |
