This salad comes from the Buchanan Estate. I purchased this collection in Malakoff, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes boiled |
1/2 cup eggless mayonnaise |
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar |
1 large white onion chopped |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into cubes then combine all ingredients. 2. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish then serve at room temperature. |
