Creamy Potato Garlic Soup |

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) butter |
2 stalk(s) celery minced |
12 or more clove(s) garlic minced |
10 cup(s) soup stock or water & bouillon |
1-2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) marjoram |
1 teaspoon(s) basil |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients together in big boiling pot, boil until vegetables are soft (aproximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours). To thicken soup add 1/2 cup white flour and 2 cups half & half. Whip flour into cream with wire whisk until all lumps are gone. Slowly pour soup, simmer aproximately 5 minutes and serve |
