This is great served with rice or pasta with a salad on the side. Ingredients:
6 pork chops (boneless) |
1 medium yellow onion, sliced |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup mushroom, sliced |
4 cups cooked pasta or 4 cups rice |
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops and onions over medium heat. 2. Drain any excess oil off chops and add soup and milk to pan, until mix hits boiling point. 3. Add sliced mushrooms. 4. Cook for 5 minutes more (over medium heat). 5. Serve with cooked pasta or rice. |
