Ingredients:
2 cups 2% milk |
1 cup water |
3/4 cup instant dry polenta |
1/4 cup 1/3-less-fat cream cheese |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Bring milk and water to a simmer in a saucepan. Whisk in polenta. Cook 5 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Stir in cream cheese and salt. |
