Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in light syrup, undrained |
1 cup vanilla ice cream |
1/3 cup light rum |
1/4 cup coconut liqueur |
2 tablespoons cream of coconut |
crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Add enough crushed ice to reach 4 cups; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately. |
