Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic |
1 tablespoon dried basil |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup pine nuts |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine garlic,basil and vinegar in food processor and process. 2. Add nuts,parmesan,parsley,salt and pepper and mayonnaise. 3. Process,scrapind down sides of bowl. 4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
