Creamy Peas With Mushrooms |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
3 cups frozen green peas |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup pimiento, diced |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Prepare peas according to cooking directions. 2. Saute mushrooms in butter/margarine until tender; drain. 3. Place all ingredients except for whipping cream in saucepan. 4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes; drain. 5. Add whipping cream and continue to cook for 1 minute. |
